My A.I. Assisted Development Toolbox

As I experiment with and use some of the latest A.I. Tools for software development, I'll keep track of what I've tested. The good, the bad and the ugly of each.

I currently use these actively:

  1. Replit (Using Replit Agent + AI to assist with Development - This site was built using Replit Agent and is deployed via Replit)
  2. Cursor (Using Cursor for more complex development jobs, the Claude 3.5 integration is amazing)
  3. ChatGPT (Team Subscription - The new o1 model is pretty cool, too bad it cannot take uploads)
  4. Anthropic Claude (Pro Subscription - I prefer claude as a branstorm partner, the Artefacts are really useful)
  5. Polymet (Used to help design Web Layouts)
  6. Grok (I use it for the Image Generation)
  7. Google NotebookLM (Summary and AI Podcast Generation)
  8. Ollama (On Macbook Pro M2, as on-device LLM if internet is wonky)

  9. DeepSeek-Coder-v2

  10. Phi3
