My A.I. Assisted Development Toolbox
As I experiment with and use some of the latest A.I. Tools for software development, I'll keep track of what I've tested. The good, the bad and the ugly of each.
I currently use these actively:
- Replit (Using Replit Agent + AI to assist with Development - This site was built using Replit Agent and is deployed via Replit)
- Cursor (Using Cursor for more complex development jobs, the Claude 3.5 integration is amazing)
- ChatGPT (Team Subscription - The new o1 model is pretty cool, too bad it cannot take uploads)
- Anthropic Claude (Pro Subscription - I prefer claude as a branstorm partner, the Artefacts are really useful)
- Polymet (Used to help design Web Layouts)
- Grok (I use it for the Image Generation)
- Google NotebookLM (Summary and AI Podcast Generation)
-
Ollama (On Macbook Pro M2, as on-device LLM if internet is wonky)
-
DeepSeek-Coder-v2
- Phi3
